Recruiting team members for my server

Well, as the title of the topic say .. I am searching for people that have knowledge about :
-media.pk2 editing (most important) because I don't know too many about this.
-web designers
-people that can work with the database (developers) because I can't do everything on my own
-4x GMs

The server is hosted on 2 dedicated boxes:
First - Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67 Ghz - 24 GB ram with 100 Mbit connection - used for the server files (Hosted in Germany)
Second - AMD Athlon X4 605e @ 2.3 Ghz - 8 GB ram with a 100 Mbit connection - used for the FTP server and it's going to be used for the website also. (Hosted in USA)
The dedicated boxes were provided by a guy that I met named Mike.

They aren't the best but it's enough for now.

In the last few days I've been fixing bugs on the 12DG cap and the major bugs of the database. I am still having troubles with some things in the Jupiter map but everything is going on the right direction. The server is going to be public (I hope) next week.
