Is there any pvp server fast level free items .. ?

Look in the advertisement section, that's what it's there for.

Pvp servers generally die out after about a week though so good luck ahaha.

maybe that's because u classified ur's as pvp server and u got donations which donators 1 hit others and who don't donate kill him with 7 hard hits (+ reflects if exist)
and about tournaments u cant actually win as trojan cuz there is so many players out there and more donators and better gears exist in tournaments
and about being online ? well lemme do some math
1 +1Pstone = 10k , 1 -1Ptoken = 5k , so to be full +12 -7 u need 3*10*8 = 240 + 120 = 360 + 50(3rd reb) + 45(germ/cup) so u need in total 455k points which is 1300 hours online which is impossible so pro4ever was exactly right
