Here let me explain my request, I want a small windows that tell you how many players you killed versus the times you died.

this is not the place for program requests, this place is for programming itself.

The point is, asking for a ready made program means it doesn't belong in the programming section since we have other sections for that, this section is about the actual programming, hence the name.
Maybe someone should make the description more specific.

I dont agree on that, no matter how I define "general programming" it stays programming right?
programming or attempting to is still programming and doesnt really change into asking for programs but then again we all have our own opinions, I guess :)
Maybe the discription was meant to be "You can post here your request for questions/help" who knows, Admin enlighten this please? :p
If you can request programs made then, i personally dont see the point in another subforum that can be treated as the main section, simpley because good programming tutorials or questions that might contain answers get lost between all the requests that "could" come :)
But again that is my opinion :)
