Anyone can explain this?

Ok so i'm trying to find the Casting Time & Recast CE adresses for D9 TH...

I actually found them but this is what happens:

- If I activate no Recast. The first charge does dmg, the 2nd does not, and then suddenly it starts "cool downing" allthough it says Recast 0 Seconds.

- If I activate No Casting-Time. It just does no damage to the mobs...

Anyone can explain this?

Try to change it to about half the original recast time and see (ie. 1.1 sec if original is 2 sec). There was a period of time after a patch at G1 it did that. I know this is for D9 but it might be doing the same thing.

I did what u said.

This had no effect in Recast-Time, but it has on Cast-Time.

I can even put it under the half. Example: for Stun-Nuke i made 0.7 Sec.(normal would be 2 sec.) and it's working... So less then the half of the regular cast-time...
It's not as good as No-Cast but at least it speeds up the grind quite a lot.
