Can't Connect to Account DB NEED HELP ;/

Dudes, help me. I lounch Global and i got error like in this picture... I checked my ini files and i think its good:// Pls help me abit detailed how to fix it.

Cert settings are wrong, can you show them here?

check ur db name in .ini files and also in DBConnect in c:inetpup or something ican`t remember the right name
