INI decrypt

I used the research function , but all link what i have found are down .
So i need to decrypt some INI and encrypt it after ( i know its difficult ) .
if someone can pm how to decrypt it ( i heard i will know the program and the key of encryption )

with that program its very easy if u know some basic dos commands

no i am a big noob in this , but i try too learn , there is a begin of all ^^

its not that hard! search the forum, there is a treat about how to decrypt, change and crypt the INI files
