When u reach lvl 85 a new quest appears given by Harmon in Draco Desert. Talk to him and he will send u to the guard at the gate to python...just follow the quest orders^^

Well so he could use wall hack and simply walk through the door...but I think question is cleared now anyway.
Edit: I think he meant inner castle...not the python map
