5xTest Server - Help In Need!

I did everything from here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

So I downloaded part 1 which is 700 mb. Then today I downloaded part 2 which is 400mb. I have installed it and downloaded the test patch server. I put it in my C:\Program files\GameHI\Dekaron and click it. Once I click the test patch server.exe to patch it, I get an error.(Not anymore because I redownloaded a fresh one). So as I am patching as of right now. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
It is staying like this. Do I press anything?(EDIT:NVM I GOT THE PATCH INSTALLING) Also once I patch(which I don't know what to do right now) I need to register, but on the link above, it says registration page is down? HELP!:handsdown:

u have to register on official page at dekaron.co.kr and u can use that account to play test server, but i dont reccomend this cause it wipes after every update, as in every few weeks/days

EDIT:dammit i got everything working but i need the registration page

its wipes only 2 times in a year ..

OMFG! Are you serious.....I deleted the files too....

EDIT: Is the registration page even up? I tried going to it but I think im going on the wrong one.
