Ondine server may not have told you this yet, but all server are going to have full epic 7.3 soon, and there Dura is very Unstable best bet is A normal server.

Hey Ondine server have just dura in rank 7 item part3...

Eternalrappelz have dura in all item, rank 2 to rank 7 part 3 ! And It will open soon an international server :p

The dura item can be drop in hidden dungeon :)
