Private server Questions.

Is there a server out there, just like the old HCO, Hybrid CO server? pvp and a lot of people. ive tried a few and there like ran off some ones pc insteda a server, and theres like 6 ppl tops lol. any how, if u think u have a hybrid type server with lots of ppl let me know
