I dont think theres a such program like that, you can make one though. Here's my suggestion , use web scripts, the best way. You can use reg page and for editing OSDS.

the problam all rege page dont work good -_-

it is easy , you can add account in database by your hands .

go to dkunderground register go to relased and find newreg work perfect without odbc
