Do you know this hack?

Hi,alots of ppl talk about it,and i saw some vids on youtube with this hack.so can you help me find it? that's what it does:
You send a file ti the victim,and when he open flie and click ok or start or idk what,he atuomaticaly drop his items and log out.

It is a itemdropper or bandit, but currently it do not exist a working itemdropper.
