I have been searching how to change weapon appearance and clothes, but has been getting wierd results whether in google or this forum. Perhaps someone could light the way for me :)

You can change weapons and clothes appearance but it will be seen only by you.
Simple guide:
Go to you cabal folder example:
D:\CABAL Online (Europe)\
than go to:
Data\FX\EFX\Arms
in it and find:
lance-0.efx and claw-0.efx
copy lance-0.efx to desktop and rename it to claw-0.efx than copy it back and replace with original claw-0.efx.
Effect:
Blader bm2 get 2 cool scythes instead of claws. Hope you understand.
