[help]metin2client error for all metin2servers.

Hello.I have a problem, when i enter in a metin2 server i recived this error:
"the application failed to initialize properly (0xe06d7363).Press ok to terminated"

I reinstall windows.
I have Netframework
I have windows xp sp3.

Please answer in english.
