Yes you can, as long as you have tons of cash
which is just obtainable trough selling items in Trade Market and Purchasing cash by real money, so its still hard to get +20 items in Millianz even almost everything is somewhat free.

Enchancement stones are free.. weapon and armor powder is free too. Souls is free too and the enchancement scrolls cost 0 cash. You can make your weapon +17 but its tricky to become it +20

Well as far as I experience +16 is all I could get, also afaik the only free enhancement stone are just up to +15

The stone that is needed to +20 are sold thru cash (Correct me if I'm wrong though)

Lastly i don't think tricky would be the proper word, Luck would be the word ;)

Good replies bboy143.You're right,you can buy stones with 0 cash to make only +15 and you can do it to +16-17 with no stone only with scroll and powders or you can stay 1-5 hours to make your weapon +20.Or then you can buy cash to buy the last stone to make it +20 with more chances.Don't make me shut up because I'm writing and not talking.

Maybe I got a little words wrong there.That is because I'm still learning English.
