bug in new patch

i was with 95% lv 82 in old patch
when i started the new patch and kill the firt mob
i up to lv 83 and 33%

is it a bug?

no -.- noob they lowered the exp for levels now so in a sense its easier to level

they also gave you something so you would hit 1 mob and get a lvl off it

when i started my mage had lvl 63 with 110%
wtf????
but then i killed a mob and so i leveld up ^^
