DC after logging in, screenshot!

I bought this character yesterday, i know that's an old bug but... Is there any way to fix it? I wrote to rSRO support already, but i dun't think they will help me.

only way to fix that its by GM teleporting u to town.
i had the same error in cSRO and i talked to support and they didnt help, i talk to some guy thta speak chinese and he talked to support for me and i got it fixed :P

So there's a glimmer of hope, rSRO's support is lazy, who knows.
I'm wondering why dafaq this dude entered this zone with char like that... 110lvl FF War/Cler (ALL skilled added and maxed) + 1m SP left ?_?
