How can I change the format of the date (01/06/2012 to (06/01/2012) etc and change the time. I know it is set regionally by the computer the server is running from but is it by the clock in BIOS or what?

That would be really difficult in CO (to change the format of how it's displayed)... the client formats that. All the server does is send out the time and date at login. You can change the time and date though by changing that packet (1033).

As Mentioned by Fang... The packet controls the client time. Change what you fill in the packet with and you change what the results are.
Not sure about handling formatting but swapping times is easy enough, just use computer time +- X hours.
