Lines through screen. [Help]

I have these random lines going through my screen, it looks like the interface but how would I fix this? It happens on 2 different clients that have nothing to do with each other, And I use to use one of these clients for my old server.

man its nice, if i remember it was a crazy tao map, btw is it was just in this map or all map? if this problem come from all map maybe it was gamemap.ini or even gui.ini problem, if just to that map thats mean corrupt DMap file or missing dds file

It's in all maps, Just randomly appears lol. And yeah I got it from crazy tao ;P
