Barb/Veno with claw

I know there is a way to set barb in tiger form with claws without braking the claws or resetting the stat points but how exactly is done?

cast true form right before switching to claw

That's the problem, true form is instant cast skill therefore there is no time to switch to claw. Any other way or some Autoit script?
