Problem install the game!

I always need to reinstall the game because I have C++ Runtime error problem.
So I always reinstall it when I get the error,and now I had it and I tried to reinstall the game but the "Please wait" not appear.
I'm waiting more than 30 mins but still doesn't happened.
What I have to do please help me...

Try either installing Net Framework 2.0 or try re downloading the client, if not reinstall your operating system

I solved the problem but always after I play the problem can to appear in any time...
I can play like 2 days without this problem and to play only 1 time and after I will get it.
how can I solve the C++ Runtime error?

If u are using windows ... reinstal it :D that mins reinstal ur operating system
