Can you get ban in gates

If I use the boxybot on saturday to do a gate do i still have a chance of being banned?

With every bot you have a ban risk. But i dont know whether it is secure with this bot. But i think it´s a higher chance then KBot or PBDO

So far, I'm using Ibot, did not get ban. If you are using free bot, its high risk. And I'm used Ibot only killed aliens, not collect boxes.
