The people in invisible, it is called "ghost mod" and he have a ItemStealer. Easymetin2 has a Itemstealer and with the following Thread you can make your own ItemStealer:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

edit: you have to be in a group, the leader of the group have to offline. Than you can stealer items.
