or

70ice/70bich/70heuk/90light

and what should i wear? garm, prot or armor?

u will have only few buffs and cuz ur int mostly so u should take ice cuz it will give phy defense
and if ur taking 2 weapon masteries ur going to lose 20% dmg with those builds
at lvl 90 u should be maxed out your imbue and weapon mastery the rest are buffs

this will be better if there is speed drug i am not sure now
