You can always make your own if you want. Just take a source that can run the patch you'd like to run ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) and you're good to go!
If you're looking for a good private server though... you could look in the advertisement section. I'm sure there's at least one good one in there.

Id say Project Throwback is a cool server.
Played it yesterday and have to say, server = a bit Buggy but not too noticable.
Ping is awesome (below 200, i usually get higher ping, still hosted in US tho.)
Staff = TOP. Really cool guys, i like to talk to them, they r still just humans and dont act like they´re something bettter like most Serverowners do.
(They acctually welcomed me and asked me how i am, when i first joined the chat)
