Hello all, Let me start out with the fact that my problem is probably not unique, but i assume the solution is, since whatever i try, it wont be fixed.
Okay, lets start the discription of the problem. If anything is unclear at the end, please let me know so i can explain further.
Whenever i try to login to my manually updated conquer without the zftqat and hit enter, the loading screen pops up, but without the loading bar. It is just a black window with 2 dragon heads on both sides.
I have tried disableing all virus scans and any further firewalls. (yes, also the Windows Firewall.)
I have tried to make Conquer run on 2 Processors instead of 4, didnt make a difference.
The point is, whenever i launch my computer and i smack CO really fast and log in like lightning, it does work, but crashes after 30 seconds, so not even possible to make a character.
(this is the first CO I open)
If i open another client and try to log in on the same or on another account i get the error: Incorrect Password. For this error aswell i've tried numerous "solutions" which all failed.
I hope you guys can get me to play CO again. Loved that game.
I run Windows 7 Professional.
