About 2nd role

Ok im ec7 now and I checked all the posts about 2nd role with 9dis...but im still confused...can some1 just explain a step by step...cause i saw ppl having probs with this and getting their chars bugged and i dont want that....im sry for being a nab but i dont want to screw something up....Thanks in advance...:handsdown:
