Perfection Silkroad new patch problem

anyone else has problems trying to extract the files?

i've downloaded 3 different versions but i still can't extract it, it's saying the file is damaged

anti virus /downloaded it with errors/connection failures

no.. i was supposed to extract using 7zip..
