Not enough playing time

After gh fixed the siz server, I log in and before the game starts i get a 'You do not have enough playing time'. I searched it up and It said you have to put your billing to 0 or something. Another problem is that i dont know how to get into the config -.-

You shouldn't have to change anything, because im playing on a 100% Legit version of the game, and also someone else said in a diff thread we have going about this topic, that they did a re-installation and same thing happened, So if it is that we have to change something, then maybe thats GameHi's fault and should release a patch, But if we wait for them, we will be waiting for another 3~5 Days.
