I think the problem is somewhere in one of your maps.

Look at the Map number... and check it in your Serverfiles (filezilla)...

I think i solved the problem, because since i changed some thing, i don't get that syserr.

So What should you do?
First: You should dowload from the map folder the "index" file -->
MapIndex: 1 ---> In the index file you change the 1 to another, what there isn't in the index file.

Second: You open the usr/home/game/"channels what use the following index '1' at MAP_ALLOW --> you change the '1' to the index, what you wrote to the index"

Third: at mysql. If your character was in the changed map index --->> you go to player/player table --->> and at the index column and you change the index.

I think it's work. You should try it.
