Lookin' for someone to decrypt 5065 magictype

So far I tried the old 4267 crypting.. but it didn't seem to work. =/ So I'll just put here the magictype.dat and see if any of you guys can get it open. All I want is to remove the fastblade and scentsword delay there. So if it's not much asked, could you decrypt it and change it and then encrypt it? I'd really appreciate it. <3

Done, though, does changing the delay actually work? TQ loads the magictype from their database so does client side editing actually do anything?

It removes the delay of fb/ss and sometimes even with high ping, you can fb/ss normally without having to wait ages to it to come out. :P But so far.. I've tested the magictype thing on different servers where I have over 500-700 ping and yeah, it does actually work.

Why are people still saying that?... It's because it's NOT ENCRYPTED.

Early magictypes were not encrypted and are simply needing to be parsed to normal text or edited with a hex editor.
