Well depends on what you want to afford..
One of the best cards at the moment are GTX 280 and the HD4870 cards.. nut they are somewhat expensive.
If you dont need the best graphic out there you could probably be satisfied with a 8800 from nvidia oder a 3850/3870 vom ATI.
As said it all depends on what you are willing to pay.
