Overclocking intel i5 2410M

Hi. I have processor on my laptop is Intel Core i5-2410M @ 2.30 GHz.How and how much can I overclock it? also, I can't seems to overclock it on BIOS. is there are any way to overclock any part of my cpu?(laptop)? I feel very ripped off paying $750 for this laptop and GPU is also intel hd chipset. Cant run the mainecraft smoothly...

You can Overclock it, but it normaly destruct if you overclock an non OC certified CPU with an non certified mainboard. Its not recommondable to do that shit. Anyway you would need an exellent cooler but itīs an notebook they usually dont have enough cooling power for overclocking.

You shouldn't do it.
If you overclock, the possibilty of damages on your hardware, caused by temperature is very high.

Not just that, the achitechture of his hardware is not done for overclocking it would destruct anyway no matter of cooling power.

So for conclusion...

I wasted $750 and stuck with this junk PC... and can not OverClock it....

Sorry but if you buy a laptop/tower you must test it and make you familiar with its hardware. You should know that itīs crap.
