Unbind Weapons?

Is it possible to unbind your BoP and BoE weapons and armor, I heard there was a way >.<

Bei mir gings so: Waffe schrotten, Gm wiederherstellen lassen.. im Ah verkaufen :)

Destroy Weapon, let a Gm recover it, sell it on ah ect.^^
