Password expired problem

Hi guys, I have a problem.
I do not remember the password of my warrock account's email and even the answer to secret question...

There's a bug to resolve my problem ?

i think ur acc is old.
and u not often log in in last time.
Then have warrock ban ur acc?(:

No the acc is not banned, I am logged in in WarRock...
But i can't exit from clan for example, and acces in marketplace for codes :(((

Write a ticket, maybe they check your ip and give you the pw.

I have sent a ticket yet...
But since 7 days they don't answered me...

There's no method to avoid a creation of another lv1 account ? :(

The Support of Gamersfirst needs up to 20 days with account problems.

If u know ur e-mail, u can get it back.
u just have to write your e-mail adress in the first box and u get an e-mail,
to change your password without any answers or something else

I can't log in my email-addres because has the same password of the warrock acc :rtfm:
