[Help] ep5 Client edits (multiclient, etc..)

Hello
I would like to know how to patch ep5 Clients to remove the Updater and set it to multiclient and also activate climb hack (if possible)

the patcher lilprohacker posted doesn't work, but i see some people here post patched ep5 Clients for official Servers, so i hope someone will share this ^^

What server is it for?

attach your game.exe, and i'll have a look at it. If it has gameguard though, I probably cant do much.
