If you have mod_Agnes you can just type "csend 582" in the chatbox. As for the actual packet formation I'm not quite sure.

Also a few more useful csend codes taken from another thread. I saved these to notepad, so not sure exactly where. For any of these, use the csend command. For example, csend a8e5 opens your bank from anywhere.

I have searched for mod_agnes
a thread says it on dedrain
I went there, it seems it's offline atm.
I checked my mabinogi directory it seems i don't have it...
Any solutions?

I can upload a copy of my mod folder. I'm not sure where I got it, but it's originally not mine so I take no credit if I do. If you need it I'll put it up, but you can also just search the forum for a mod pack or something. The latter is probably the better solution.
