What do i need for elementalist ?

Hello guys, so i have an ele hes already lv 91 but the question is what i need i hear things from several sides and i realy need to know whats best for my ele.

I got already a wap chakram lv 80 HH with 15 ele dmg 28 dmg and 28 att rat.
gloves HH lv 90 i go to.

But what i need for these things + stones i have to put in ? :

1) necklace
2) Helm
3) Greaves
4) Armor
5) Rings


I would apriciate thad some advanced ele players will give a reply.

Depend , pve : full intel unique ( like pvp ^^ )
intel okeros + intel blode + intel kark
need armor HH ( resist , stam , cast/cd , curse removal )
helm hh ( stam ) or all stat + CD ( stam too )
skirt with resist

pvp
intel shuta + intel okeros + intel luke for your lvl . 2 intel logo + intel shocker ( fu cking dmg but low resist )
tank mode : rapid ring , spiral ring , neck with stam ( you have 80 every where ( no block ofc )
HH armor against criter , SB against caster , skirt CF X2 resist , HH gloves and shoes HH or elite whit dodge and block or MS and dodge .


you need resist stone 8% and Dimension cloak ;)

Also i played a elem too.

I used a Int. Ohk. (9%Res), Int Shuta ( 8%Res ) and Int Luke ( Ele Cloak lv6 ).

I killed the most ppl on my lvl Range ( except full Goldtickets Nabs )

Perfect Elem for ME:

2 x Int Ohkeros
2 x Int Shuta
1 x Excellent Faren Necklace

with: HH Cap ( Stam Lv6 ), HH Garb, CF Res Skirt, Any Realm Gloves, good Elite +1 Chak. ( full ashtal ), HH or Elite Boots ( prefer Elite, cuz of Yellows )

all these guys are talking about really expensive stuff
so if ur an average player ( not buying wc every month )
i should first of all try to get 2 blodes/shuta's , 1 kark
if possible to be an hybrid : int blode, int shuta, int okh

for the neck, if you dont have 3slotted gold ticket neck , then i would go for a 5 slot pendant, with 4 lvl 5-6 stamina prayers , and an elemental cloack (this works great for tanking and in pvp it helps alot too)
now this may all sound pretty noob to all of you but it's decent equip and you get alot of ppl down with it

for the armor the same HH stuff costs on urzark tons of scrolls , if you want to directly farm in HH then buy a very good elite armor
but make sure you have for outside HH a cf skirt with 10-12% res
a double sb top or an ice/light/poison top if your sb is good enough

for the cap, get urself a HH cap asap , imo the best cap there is

This wep is not bad, you lvl cheap in HH with that, but i prefer the Elite All Skills +1. It's your choice. ;P

ah its a big deal between , weap HH ( yours is very good but 4 slot and not +1 skill ) and elite weap ( 6 7 slots full asthal and skill +1 its really funny and easy to lvl up ) .
My mind is , if you can have HH armor , use weap HH , but if you dont have this armor , take elite and keep the HH weap for pvp.

can i get a +1 skill HH wap is it even possible ?
