Hai everyone! I have a problem with my Charles and Fiddler2...

Every time i run fiddler2 this comes up :

" Unable to bind to port [Localhost:8888]. ErrorCode 10048. " And some more writing... Now, I realized that it said some thing about "port" so, that means internet or connection right? Well, my internet is fine connection is running, i dont have any viruses.. who ever helps he/she will get a thanks, and i would love him/her forever.. Thanks for reading!

I don't know how to do this in Fiddler... But in Charles :D

Charles Tutorial:

1. Open Charles.
2. Go to "Proxy" (Programhead).
3. Go to "Proxy Settings..."
4. Check "Use a dynamic port"
5. Finish :D

Have Fun :)

Tools menu -> Fiddler Options -> Connections tab -> Fiddler listens on port

There you can change the port that Fiddler uses. Port 8888 is the right port.

Make sure on that "connections" tab that only the following are checked:

reuse client connections
reuse connections to servers
chain to upstream gateway proxy
act as system proxy on start up
monitor all connections

uncheck:

allow remote computers to connect
use PAC script

Also use your PC's administrator account, sometimes Fiddler gets an error code for not being logged in on the administrator account.
