Highest rate LC server?

Anyone know high rate LC server? Like 50+ or 100+ or even 1000+?

Hi, I am an English player.. I don't speak German so many of the thread about server I dont understand...

I am playing on one german server right now which is decent rate..

But I want to play fun server.. Where even after passive lv 90 doesnt seem hard to level up..
