dunno if the app works for you guys but this no cooldown hack is 100% working for me tried it on windows xp,windows 7 and vista..

It's not that I don't trust you; I don't trust the virus scan you provided. In the VirusTotal scan, a hotkey hook (H@TKEYH@@K.dll) is found, which is harmless. However, there are some things found, such as "Trojan.Win32.KeyLogger.611648" that make me a little leery to trust this program.
