It's the Soul Weapon from Tq Severs it's a custom weapon you don't need any level for it. It's like a garment [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] what you can see near garment like a sword.

This weapon doesn't have refined/unique/elite/super form :P
That's how it is normal `cause like I said before it's a custom weapon like a garment:P but still it can be fixed

This is just a random effect command it applys to what ever you are using as weapon , and only you can see it .
