wanting to start a co server but need coders

ill be starting up a co server if i can find a few coders im not sure what version im going to start yet untill i find coders and what they can code so if ur willing to work with me and be apart of my team as a coder for the server then let me know. im also looking for designers.

Why would anyone want to code for you when they can code for themselves and do whatever they want? Why would they need you to weigh them down? You also can't design.... so you have basically no talents at all by the sound of things.
