oh noo not that again

i made that 4-5x im working 3hrs on that shit now for 2nd time...

i cant find my mistake :S

i searched whole forum and followed tut 3x by now (on 4 tuts xD)

i changed the 2,5 to 0 (so i dun have the animation of oread.. or i forgot smth else...hmm i dun remember was so long ago when i made this the last time :S
