if your trade partner were to hack your locked items, would you be able to report the case and get your stuff back?

Hmm, I really don`t know. But I guess no. As you can`t complain if you`re a merchant account, i don`t think that you can in this case. (Maybe if you`re bulking:rolleyes:)
