Just a quick question..

I have a level 69 ranger, 85 ele and 75 sorc.. Which class would be best to grind with and I'd use the other two for buffing that character

Ranger Buffs + Ele buffs and Sorc Grind?

all three are pretty nice grinders.
If i were u i would indeed do what u suggest.
use sorc for grind and other 2 for buffs.

ranger buff = cast + resi + ele/light/ice/poison resi

elem = cast + dmg

sorc is cheap to lvl - almost no potions needed

sorc is best for lvling :D (not many pots+only lens (and maybe combis))
