Purchasing Cabal Rider

Hi there.
I was wondering, how much a 30 day card of Cabal Rider EU cost. Because on the main page it says 6€, the page where i purchase it says 8,95€ and when I get to the paiment page it days 10,78€.
So do you guys have any idea where I can get Cabal rider for under 10€? Also I want to know if they have removed any features because I haven't been playing for a few months.
