any pserver that has heka ppls on at one time? and good rates?

Cabal Cyfren...

cyfren has alot of ppl playing, the drop rate arent very high, but the EXP rate is very high i think, but dc everytime makes the server so boring x/.. bleachcabal is the best but is off now!
