There is a possibility your firewall is blocking the connection, happened to me at first but after checking with the firewall it worked. Not sure if this is the case with you tho, but if you claim you have set up the priorities correctly then maybe thats it.

need to fixe it because if u desactivate your firewall still didnt work , if ur change ur php language ( mssql to sqlsrv) it will work but you need to fixe all ur setup

Hy rero , like amdone say , if you want to create account directly in Auth . DboAccount you need to use sql server driver unofficial for php not mssql and mod your php script for sql server authentication and requests
