Bot captchas

So im using ibot cracked but i have to use captcha trader D:
Because it asks me captcha every 10-20mins and if i wont type it wont collect any boxes

What if i use free bot like biobot? or boxybot? doesnt they need to type captchas too?
is that the risk? not typing them?

what do you suggest? use ibot and 20mins every day of typing captchas in captchatrader.com>????
or use freebot and get banned >.<
